Shipping & Returns

SHIPMENTS

Shipments are processed within 24 hours. Delivery is made within 24/48 hours. However, delivery may be delayed depending on the destination location or country. In Macaronesia, we ship all over the world.

Likewise, the following considerations should be taken into account:

1. The products purchased will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order.

2. By default, invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the customer at the time of registration on the Macaronesia website.

3. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be neither departure nor delivery of orders.

4. However, its delay will not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation.

5. An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is up to the customer to verify the status of the merchandise upon receipt and indicate all anomalies on the delivery receipt.


    RETURNS

    Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased in Macaronesia within 14 days from the date of receipt.

    You will not have to provide an explanation. Any item, purchased in Macaronesia, returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition will be accepted for return.

    We promise to make the refund within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the return.

    Before making the return, you will have to notify the Customer Service department by writing an email to info@macaronesiasuncare.com

    If the cause of the return is that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, Macaronesia will bear the costs of the return and new shipment. If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you, we will refund the amount but not the shipping costs or the return costs.

    Annulment

    If the cancellation of the order arrives before the merchandise leaves, the customer will not have any expenses. In the case of a cancellation after the order has been issued, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the return costs of this same order.
